The building that is part of the CroydonConservation Area was a mix of offices at levels and a brand shop over theground and basement. The building was for a long time abandoned/in need ofrefurbishment, which was affecting the goodwill of the neighbourhood. The Refurbishment will bring the building backto life with the addition of 1,200 square meters (12k square feet) of new brandshops and leisure to the area. This is an essentialchange to keep the busy Croydon high streets’ commerce alive and productive.
Westfield did not reveal the detailsof the enterprise yet, but it will surely bring more investments anddevelopments to the area.
