Appointed by Dominus, Principle Demolition managed the strip-out of this 1920s former telephone exchange future luxury hotel. The project included full internal strip-out, asbestos removal, large plant removal, and temporary services across five floors. Located minutes from Kings Cross, the building had previously served as the headquarters for Openreach. Extensive circular economy techniques were used through our supply chain from flooring, carpet, glass, white goods, furniture through to the mechanical pumps and generators.
