Working for Patrizia, Principle Demolition undertook extensive shell and core strip-out across five floors of 40 Grosvenor Place. The 14,000m² office and retail space remained partially occupied throughout. Works included MEP disconnection, asbestos removal, temporary works, fire management, and the extensive reuse of existing materials, with minimal disruption to live tenants.
