Tower Hill

The 41 Tower Hill project delivered significant efficiencies and sustainability outcomes through innovative design and construction methods. By integrating steelwork, demolition, and builders’ work in connection (BWIC) under a single coordinated approach, the team achieved a 20% reduction from tender to contract value.

Early engagement enabled an efficient design process using blockwork and steelwork solutions, while reinforced concrete slabs were replaced with lightweight alternatives to reduce structural load and material use. Advanced demolition methodologies and careful deconstruction maximised material reuse and minimised waste.

The project also featured proprietary formwork, electric demolition plant, and state-of-the-art diamond drilling equipment with water management systems to enhance environmental performance. Sustainable materials, including Earth Friendly Concrete and recycled aggregates, further reinforced the project’s commitment to reducing carbon impact.
