Principle Demolition has managed the initial site transformation, delivering strip-out and enabling works for our client Clarion. We worked in collaboration with MadiganGill Logistics, who are now supporting the ongoing works with full logistics and waste management services, working with the Construction Manager Recom.
After nearly two years of inactivity, this riverside site finally moved forward as is coming back to life. The development will include three new residential blocks – one of which is a striking 17-storey tower – offering a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom affordable homes, commercial office space, and newly landscaped public areas along the River Avon.
