Working on behalf of the Crown Estate and Savile Brown Associates, Principle Demolition undertook structural alterations at the prestigious Cambridge Gate. Following a successful 7,500 sq ft strip-out, the team are due to return for a second phase comprising link bridge demolition, temporary and permanent steelwork, BWIC, Drainage, and internal structural alterations. This Grade II listed property, overlooking 480 acres of Regent’s Park, dates back to 1875 and forms part of London’s prime residential heritage.
