Grosvenor Place

Project

Sustainable Transformation at 40 Grosvenor Place

Location

London

At 40 Grosvenor Place, we are leading an ambitious transformation, stripping the building back to its shell and core across 14,000m² of office and retail space over five floors. Despite this large-scale renovation, the ground and first floors remain fully operational, ensuring minimal disruption to existing tenants.

Sustainability is at the heart of our project. We are actively reusing and repurposing materials to reduce waste, aligning with our commitment to responsible development.

  • Circular Economy in Action

Through our partnership with Saint-Gobain’s Glass Forever programme, we are reclaiming and repurposing post-consumer glass, preventing it from ending up in landfills.

  • Giving Materials a Second Life

The existing carpet tiles have been cleaned, inspected, and, where possible, sent for reuse in Africa, extending their lifecycle and reducing environmental impact. This project exemplifies our ability to deliver innovative, sustainable refurbishments while ensuring business continuity for our tenants.
