Orwell House Phase 1

Phase one at Orwell House involved a full shell and core strip-out and asbestos removal ahead of the building's transformation into a mixed-use development. Located opposite the Sanderson Hotel in Fitzrovia, proposed works included façade removal, rear extension demolition, and re-cladding between levels three and seven.
