Principle Demolition were appointed as sub-contractor for phase two of Orwell House, delivering structural alterations and repurposing works. Located in Fitzrovia, this 9-storey commercial building is being repositioned into high-quality, sustainable office space targeting BREEAM excellence. Works included demolition, enabling works, column strengthening, drainage installation, basement waterproofing, including design, piling, temporary or permanent structural steelwork and raft slab construction.
