For Westfield Special Projects, Principle Demolition undertook structural alterations within a 30,000 sq ft double-height unit for new fashion retailer Urban Revivo. Services included escalator removal, structural steelwork and alteration of existing structural elements(including a 10m long primary beam), fire management, MEP disconnection and permanent MEP installations, and core drilling. The retail space was delivered in a tight timeframe within a high-traffic shopping centre environment.
