Appointed by Westfield Europe, Principle Demolition carried out extensive car park security and structural enhancement works across three major parking structures at the Whitgift Centre, totalling approximately 283,500 sq ft. The project included closing off multiple car park levels, installing suicide mitigation edge protection, and constructing bespoke screening and steelwork systems. The works improved safety and functionality, aligning with the client’s vision for a modernised and secure urban environment.
