As part of the transformation of Whitgift South into a mixed-use development, Principle Demolition undertook the decommissioning of retail units 74–81 and 141–148, c 6,000m2 in total. The strip-out included asbestos surveys, removal of hazardous materials, temporary service provisions, and full MEP disconnections. The works were executed in a live urban setting with strict traffic and public safety management, ensuring smooth transition toward the broader redevelopment of the area.
