Working for our repeat client Romulus, Principle Demolition delivered a complex package of enabling and structural works at the Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon. With several retail outlets remaining open to the public, the works include controlled demolition, removal of a plant room, 2,000m2 of screed removal, structural alterations to a lift shaft, and the construction of new blockwork. The project demonstrated the team’s ability to deliver sustainable refurbishment solutions while keeping public-facing operations live and uninterrupted.
